Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge, assistance, and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create appealing displays and maintain store presentation
- Manage inventory through stock replenishment, cycle counts, and loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Adhere to all safety policies and store operational procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic retail software
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for store transfers)
