Responsibilities
- Process cash, credit, and digital payments accurately using POS systems
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service during checkout and returns
- Balance registers daily and reconcile discrepancies
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Maintain clean, organized checkout areas and store standards
- Upsell products and promotions to maximize sales
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months cash handling or retail experience
- Proficiency with POS systems (e.g., Square, Shopify)
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Nevada gaming license preferred (not required)
