Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet and engage customers warmly, providing personalized assistance to meet their shopping needs and exceed expectations.
- Sales & Transactions: Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor by following merchandising standards and stock replenishment procedures.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features, styling tips, and inventory availability to provide informed recommendations.
- Loss Prevention: Monitor the sales floor to prevent shrinkage and adhere to all company security and safety policies.
- Team Collaboration: Assist in opening and closing procedures, and collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Attitude: A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to help others.
