Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and assistance
- Operate POS systems and manage cash transactions accurately
- Process shipments, organize inventory, and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Operate provided equipment (RF scanners, label makers, etc.) efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Assist in loss prevention and security protocols
- Participate in inventory cycles and stock replenishment
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to operate provided equipment (RF scanners, POS systems)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Reliable transportation to Beale Street location
