Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs and provide expert product knowledge.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges efficiently and courteously.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising displays.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic math skills and proficiency with POS (Point of Sale) systems.
