Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and style guidance
- Achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-merchandising techniques
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash security
- Visual merchandising including window displays and in-store arrangement
- Inventory management including stock counts and shipment processing
- Uphold brand standards in store appearance and customer interactions
- Collaborate with team during peak hours and special events
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Professional appearance and brand ambassador mindset
- Comfortable with technology (POS systems, mobile apps)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
