- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Execute visual merchandising to maintain an attractive and organized sales floor
- Assist with inventory management including stock replenishment and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Uphold brand standards through store cleanliness and safety compliance
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and solution-oriented approaches
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome to apply)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
