Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide exceptional service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Operations: Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system and handle returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Visual Merchandising: Keep the sales floor organized, restock merchandise, and ensure displays are visually appealing and tidy.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory counts, and coordinate with the back-of-house team.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow associates to achieve daily sales targets and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
- Store Maintenance: Assist with general cleaning duties to ensure the store meets our high standards of hygiene and presentation.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
