Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and answering their questions in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers in finding products and providing product recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the sales floor is clean, tidy, and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in the receiving and organization of new stock.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints with patience and diplomacy.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work on your feet.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks such as moving boxes or stock.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
