Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers warmly, answering questions and providing product recommendations.
- Operations: Process sales quickly and accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Merchandising: Maintain store appearance by organizing shelves, restocking inventory, and ensuring product displays are appealing.
- Store Support: Help with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security checks.
- Problem Solving: Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Tools: Basic computer skills and comfort with using POS systems.
