Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person and virtual customer service via chat/email support
- Manage inventory systems and e-commerce fulfillment operations
- Process transactions using POS systems while maintaining accuracy
- Train on digital tools for remote inventory management
- Collaborate with team on omnichannel merchandising strategies
- Participate in monthly virtual team meetings and training
- Maintain store appearance and safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years retail experience
- Proficiency in digital communication tools (Slack, Zoom, CRM)
- Basic e-commerce platform knowledge (Shopify, WooCommerce)
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
