Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions and providing product recommendations.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to management.
- Handle cash transactions with precision and adhere to all cash handling policies.
- Assist with visual merchandising and store maintenance tasks.
- Build relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
