Responsibilities
- Unload and process incoming shipments accurately and efficiently
- Stock merchandise throughout the store following visual standards
- Rotate inventory to ensure proper stock rotation and freshness
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain store readiness
- Operate pallet jacks and stocking equipment safely
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory checks
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible early morning shifts (4:00 AM start)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Pass background check and drug screening
