Responsibilities
- Greet & Assist: Welcome customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Transactions: Process sales accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Merchandising: Assist with visual merchandising, stocking shelves, and ensuring the sales floor is organized and clean.
- Inventory: Help monitor inventory levels and participate in periodic stock counts.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve daily sales goals and support store operations.
- Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally and promptly.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with a diverse customer base.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Attitude: A positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with retail software is preferred.
