Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, personalized recommendations, and efficient checkout processes
- Execute visual merchandising standards including restocking, displays, and floor organization
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Collaborate with team to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, counting, and replenishment
- Uphold store security policies and loss prevention measures
- Participate in team training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology (POS systems)
- Availability for flexible scheduling including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
