Responsibilities
- Unload and merchandise shipments according to planogram standards
- Organize and maintain inventory in stockroom and sales floor areas
- Operate pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless shift transitions
- Conduct price checks and signage updates
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation protocols
- Assist in inventory counts and loss prevention measures
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Availability to work 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
