Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing a positive and professional first impression.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Assist with merchandising, including stocking shelves, folding clothes, and maintaining visual displays.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory counts as required.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
- Ensure the sales floor and fitting rooms are clean, organized, and welcoming.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
- Reliable attendance and availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with computers and POS systems is a plus.
