Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers warmly, answering questions and providing product recommendations.
- Point of Sale Operations: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register using our POS systems.
- Visual Merchandising: Organize store displays, stock shelves, and ensure products are presented attractively and according to company standards.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Inventory Management: Assist in inventory counts, restocking merchandise, and checking for damages or discrepancies.
- Return & Exchange: Handle customer returns and exchanges professionally, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years old.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate objects (up to 20 lbs).
- Basic Math: Proficiency with basic math for cash handling and price checks.
