Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and assisting with product selection and purchases.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment in accordance with company merchandising standards.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Restock merchandise, organize shelves, and rotate inventory to ensure product availability and freshness.
- Assist in inventory counts, stockroom organization, and logistics operations as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required (we train motivated candidates).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers and team members.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, as well as lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new POS systems quickly.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
