Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly as they enter the store, providing a superior level of customer service.
- Assist customers in finding products, answering detailed questions, and making informed purchase recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system, ensuring all receipts and warranties are handled correctly.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked, ensuring merchandise is displayed according to company standards.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including stock replenishment, merchandise transfers, and periodic stock counts.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve daily and monthly sales goals and store targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and returns professionally, resolving issues to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the sales floor for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Familiarity with basic computer operations and point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
