Responsibilities
- Customer Experience: Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and personalized service to all customers, answering inquiries and assisting with product selection.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor by executing merchandising standards and stocking shelves.
- Transaction Management: Process sales accurately and efficiently using the POS system while handling returns and exchanges.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular stock counts, and assist with receiving and organizing incoming merchandise.
- Brand Representation: Uphold our company's values and brand image by adhering to dress codes and grooming standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse customers and staff.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology (POS systems). Strong math skills for cash handling.
