Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly upon arrival, assist with product selection, and provide expert recommendations.
- Point of Sale (POS) Operations: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our modern POS systems.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked to meet visual merchandising standards.
- Inventory Support: Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and assist with inventory counts and stockroom organization.
- Problem Resolution: Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with patience and professionalism.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, walk extensively, and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners.
