Responsibilities
- Unload merchandise from delivery trucks and organize stock in the warehouse.
- Restock shelves, coolers, and display areas with accuracy and speed.
- Ensure inventory is rotated using FIFO (First-In-First-Out) methods.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor throughout the shift.
- Assist in inventory counts and report discrepancies to management.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (typically 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and reporting.
