Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and equipment demonstrations in a professional manner.
- Operate point-of-sale systems efficiently and accurately to process transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor environment.
- Restock inventory and ensure product availability on the sales floor.
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policy and procedure.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems.
- Must be available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
