Your Mission:
To deliver a seamless shopping experience, manage store operations efficiently, and drive sales through outstanding customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the right products and equipment.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions.
- Restock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain a visually appealing store.
- Ensure all provided equipment is clean, maintained, and ready for use.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with basic computer systems and POS software.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and available to work flexible shifts.
