Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences using provided sales tablets and POS systems
- Utilize company-issued inventory scanners for stock management and merchandising
- Maintain store presentation with provided cleaning equipment and display tools
- Process transactions using company-provided tablets and security equipment
- Operate provided audiovisual systems for in-store promotions
- Collaborate with team using provided communication devices
- Follow safety protocols using provided PPE and handling equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college students welcome)
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
- Ability to learn provided tech systems (tablets, scanners)
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Physical stamina to stand 8 hours with provided support equipment
- Reliable transportation to Baltimore location
- Positive attitude with team collaboration skills
