Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash handling procedures
- Execute visual merchandising standards including floor sets, displays, and inventory organization
- Support store operations through stock replenishment, markdowns, and loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain store appearance
- Assist in training new hires on brand standards and operational procedures
- Participate in store events and promotions to enhance customer engagement
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students welcome
- Philadelphia residency required for local market knowledge
- Valid work authorization and ability to pass background check
