Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming merchandise shipments in the early morning hours
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planogram guidelines
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and maintain FIFO inventory practices
- Perform price tagging and promotional signage updates
- Conduct regular aisle cleanliness and safety checks
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless store operations
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to management
Qualifications
- Previous stocking or retail experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts (3:00 AM - 9:00 AM)
- Basic math skills for inventory and price verification
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
