Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through in-store assistance and virtual styling sessions
- Process transactions using our integrated POS system with remote inventory management capabilities
- Execute visual merchandising plans to maintain an engaging store environment
- Collaborate with team members via digital tools for scheduling and sales targets
- Conduct virtual product demonstrations for online customers

- Manage returns/exchanges using our hybrid in-store/remote system
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
