Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, answering questions and providing product recommendations.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process sales and returns.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the store is visually appealing.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restocking supplies, and cleaning as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily sales goals and store targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and friendly manner.
Qualifications
- No prior retail experience necessary; we provide full training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs.
