The Role
As a Stocker, you are the backbone of our operations. You ensure our shelves are perfectly organized and our products are available for our customers when they need them.
Responsibilities
- Unload incoming merchandise from delivery trucks and safely transport stock to the sales floor.
- Stock shelves, racks, and displays according to established planograms and visual merchandising standards.
- Rotate inventory to ensure older stock is sold first (FIFO).
- Monitor stock levels and perform regular inventory audits to prevent shortages.
- Keep the sales floor, aisles, and storage areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Assist in price changes and signage updates to maintain accurate pricing.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (typically 3:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and inventory counts.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required.
