Responsibilities
- Unload and stock merchandise in assigned departments with precision and speed
- Organize shelves and displays according to company standards and planograms
- Ensure all products are properly priced, labeled, and rotated (FIFO method)
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in stocking areas and sales floor
- Collaborate with overnight crew to coordinate stocking priorities
- Assist with inventory counts and stock reconciliation tasks
- Report maintenance issues or inventory discrepancies to management
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Previous stocking or retail experience preferred
- Physical stamina to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Basic math and inventory management knowledge
- Reliable transportation to early shifts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
