Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service using provided tablets and styling tools
- Operate POS systems and inventory management software (all equipment provided)
- Process transactions using company-issued payment devices
- Maintain visual merchandising standards with supplied fixtures and displays
- Assist in inventory counts using barcode scanners and provided equipment
- Support team operations with shared retail tools and resources
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience
- Proficiency with technology (equipment training provided)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic math aptitude for transaction processing
