Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems, handling cash, credit, and digital payments
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers, answering inquiries, and resolving issues promptly
- Operate scanners and bag merchandise efficiently while maintaining organized checkout areas
- Execute cash handling procedures including balancing registers and reporting discrepancies
