Responsibilities
- Utilize company-provided equipment (tablets, scanners, styling tools) to process transactions and manage inventory
- Deliver personalized styling consultations using digital product catalogs
- Maintain visual merchandising standards with provided display tools
- Operate POS systems with training on all provided technology
- Process returns/exchanges using company equipment and protocols
- Train on new retail technologies and equipment as introduced
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college students encouraged)
- Basic proficiency with retail technology (training provided)
- Strong customer service orientation with communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required
- Valid work authorization in the US
