Responsibilities
- Process high-volume transactions with 99.9% accuracy using advanced POS systems
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized engagement and problem resolution
- Execute cash management procedures including cash drops, safe handling, and reconciliation
- Maintain organized and visually appealing checkout stations with premium merchandising standards
- Operate multiple payment methods including contactless, mobile wallets, and gift card systems
- Implement loss prevention protocols through vigilant monitoring and compliance checks
- Train junior staff on operational procedures and customer experience standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in high-volume retail or financial service environments
- Proven cash handling accuracy with no discrepancies in prior roles
- Advanced proficiency with modern POS systems (Square, Shopify POS, etc.)
