Responsibilities
- Greet & Assist: Welcome customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to meet their shopping needs.
- Sales Support: Drive sales by demonstrating products, answering questions, and promoting special offers.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom.
- Transaction Management: Process sales accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, restock shelves, and execute inventory counts as required.
- Customer Relations: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and promptly.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous retail experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and maneuver around the store.
- Tech Proficiency: Basic computer literacy and comfort with POS systems.
- Attitude: A positive, team-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
