Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service using provided equipment (POS systems, inventory scanners)
- Operate store technology for transactions and inventory management
- Maintain visual merchandising standards with supplied tools and materials
- Process returns and exchanges using company-provided devices
- Assist in inventory counts using provided handheld scanners
- Train new associates on store equipment protocols
- Support loss prevention measures with provided surveillance tools
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Ability to learn provided technology systems quickly
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions
- Reliable transportation to store location
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
