Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and stock merchandise efficiently according to company safety and organization standards.
- Ensure product displays are clean, attractive, and fully stocked before the store opens.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in cycle counts and stockroom organization.
- Maintain a clean and safe sales floor throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with the management team to meet daily operational goals.
- Assist in loading and unloading deliveries in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable attendance and the ability to work early morning shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Basic math skills for pricing and inventory accuracy.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
