Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon entering the store and assist them with their needs.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with strict accuracy and accountability.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and store policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting checkout area at all times.
- Collaborate with floor staff to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide full training for all new hires.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Reliable availability for shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
