Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service using provided equipment (tablets, fitting room systems, inventory scanners)
- Process transactions accurately with our digital POS terminals and payment systems
- Utilize provided styling tools and display equipment to create compelling product presentations
- Operate inventory management systems with handheld scanners to track stock levels
- Assist with visual merchandising using provided display fixtures and signage tools
- Train on and use company-provided safety equipment for handling merchandise
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail experience preferred
- Proficient with technology (ability to learn provided POS systems quickly)
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods using provided support equipment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions with provided calculators
- Reliable transportation to our Durham location
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays
