- Operate company-provided inventory scanners and tools
- Assist with visual merchandising and store cleanliness
- Participate in team training sessions with provided materials
- Support loss prevention protocols using supplied equipment
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to use company-provided tablets and POS systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with physical movement and lifting (equipment provided)
- Reliable transportation to Baltimore location
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
