- Handle cash, credit, and check payments with strict adherence to company policies and security protocols.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment at all times.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Restock shelves and ensure pricing signage is up to date and accurate.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in retail, food service, or cash handling is preferred.
- Strong basic math skills with the ability to count money and make change quickly.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Reliable transportation and a consistent work history.
