Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with a warm, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with strict attention to detail and accuracy.
- Assist with stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product locations, prices, and store policies.
- Process returns and manage the front-end cash drawer according to company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and customer service goals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate objects (up to 25 lbs).
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
