Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise shipments in the early morning hours (4:00 AM - 10:00 AM)
- Stock shelves, displays, and backroom areas according to planogram standards
- Rotate inventory using FIFO (First-In-First-Out) methods to prevent spoilage
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain accurate inventory counts
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards during stocking operations
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems efficiently
- Communicate stock discrepancies to department managers promptly
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 10:00 AM) consistently
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
