Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service using provided tablets and POS systems
- Operate store equipment including fitting room monitors and inventory scanners
- Process transactions using company-issued handheld devices
- Organize and maintain visual merchandising displays
- Operate provided cleaning equipment to maintain store standards
- Assist in inventory counts using provided scanners
- Utilize provided communication tools for team coordination
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Ability to operate provided digital equipment (tablets, scanners)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to Cincinnati location
- Flexible availability including weekends
- Basic math skills for transaction processing
- Ability to stand for extended periods
