Responsibilities
- Unload and merchandise incoming shipments according to company standards
- Organize and stock shelves, coolers, and display areas before store opening
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Ensure proper pricing and signage on all products
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in stockroom and sales floor
- Collaborate with overnight crew for seamless operations
- Operate pallet jacks and stocking equipment efficiently
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation for early morning shifts (4:00 AM start)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
