Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service using provided tablet devices for product demos and checkout
- Operate point-of-sale systems with all equipment supplied
- Stock shelves and maintain store appearance using provided merchandising tools
- Process returns and exchanges using company-provided equipment
- Assist with inventory management using provided handheld scanners
- Uphold brand standards with provided uniform apparel
- Participate in team meetings using provided communication devices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer literacy (training provided for POS systems)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended shifts
- Reliable transportation to work
- Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
- Willingness to learn retail operations with provided training
