Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service using provided equipment (POS systems, tablets, etc.)
- Process transactions accurately and maintain organized store displays
- Operate retail technology including inventory scanners and payment systems
- Assist with stock receiving, organization, and visual merchandising
- Support team members during peak hours and promotional events
- Uphold store cleanliness and safety standards
- Participate in ongoing training to maximize equipment proficiency
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to operate retail technology (training provided)
