Responsibilities
- Stock and organize merchandise in assigned departments before store opening
- Operate pallet jacks and maintain inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure timely shelf replenishment
- Adhere to safety protocols when handling heavy/large items
- Conduct basic inventory checks and report discrepancies
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom areas
- Assist with receiving deliveries and unloading trucks
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4-6 hour shifts between 4 AM - 10 AM
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to Orlando location
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred
- Flexibility to adjust schedule during peak seasons
